Certainty / Entropy (England 6)

The fabric refers to Table carpet fragment in England in the late 16th century and contemporary symbols are sprinkled over the traditional fabric as a part of flowers. The contemporary symbols that are surrounding us in the society are quoted from copyright mark, @ mark, nuclear symbol, bio mark, peace mark, credit card company symbols, gene image, irradiated mark, placenta image, womb image, biohazard mark and etc.

The lines of the contemporary symbols of the work “Certainty / Entropy (England 6)” which are woven with golden threads are slightly appearing on the surface, therefore, the golden threads are covering all on the reverse side.
